Payment Structure:
- 70% deposit required to begin production
- 30% balance + delivery fees due before shipment/pickup

- Fees calculated post-order confirmation (based on weight & location)
- Courier preferences accommodated with advance notice
Order Completion:
- Video confirmation sent when your order is ready
- 7-day collection window before storage fees apply:
- 5,000 TSH / $2 per day after Day 7
